We ship to most countries and regions worldwide, including destinations across Europe and North America.

Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on eligible orders of US$69.99 or more to many of our most popular destinations across Europe and North America.
We also deliver to many other countries and regions. Because delivery costs vary, some destinations and remote areas are not included in our free-shipping offer. Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Free gifts, “just cover shipping” offers, and certain specially priced promotional products have separate shipping terms and may not qualify for free shipping.
Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
During holidays or busy promotional periods, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we’ll contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
Premium Shipping
Premium Shipping generally starts at US$6 for many standard destinations. Rates vary by delivery address and total package weight.
Some destinations use specialized shipping routes with different rates or package-weight limits. Available options and charges will be shown at checkout.
Express Shipping Availability
We offer DHL or FedEx Express Shipping to selected destinations, including eligible addresses in Europe and North America.
Express Shipping is also available for selected destinations in Asia and other regions. Availability and shipping charges depend on your delivery address, the products in your order, and package weight.
DHL and FedEx provide a reference transit time of 6–8 business days after dispatch. This is a carrier estimate, not a guaranteed delivery timeframe, and excludes our 2–5-business-day order processing period. Actual transit times may vary due to customs clearance, local delivery conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.
Remote-Destination Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 15–30 business days.
Some remote destinations are served by specialized shipping routes. Shipping charges for these destinations are calculated according to the destination and package weight. Weight restrictions may apply to certain routes.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we’ll email you your tracking details. You can follow the link in your shipping confirmation email or visit our Track Your Order page to check your shipment’s progress.

Promotional and Special Products
Free gifts, “just cover shipping” offers, and certain specially priced products may have separate shipping or processing charges.
These charges may increase when multiple promotional products are ordered. The applicable terms and total shipping charge will be displayed before payment.
Important Delivery Information
Delivery estimates are provided for reference and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs inspections, public holidays, extreme weather, carrier disruptions, remote-area delivery, or other circumstances outside our control.
International orders may also be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country or region. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
The shipping method, price, and estimated delivery time displayed at checkout are the most accurate information for your order and destination.
Incorrect Shipping Information
To help your order reach you smoothly, please double-check that your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate before placing your order, including your apartment or unit number and postal code, where applicable.
If you notice an error, please email us at contact@mail.buddhastoneshop.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help, although address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun. Once your parcel has shipped, we may be unable to change or redirect the delivery address.
If a parcel cannot be delivered because the shipping information provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, the customer is responsible for any resulting additional costs, such as redelivery, return shipping, or reshipment fees. If the parcel cannot be recovered, the customer may also be responsible for the loss of the items and the original shipping cost, subject to applicable law.
We’ll help you explore the available options and explain any additional charges before arranging reshipment. This responsibility applies only to delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
